Claro KC Global began as a response to the challenges international organizations face in successfully implementing foreign assistance programs in the developing world. We have experience supporting the training needs of government, non-governmental organizations and the private sector in the U.S. and worldwide.

 

Our principles and methods are the culmination of decades of experience and practice while striving to meet and exceed client expectations. Jeffery Bell

President

Jeffery Bell is a retired (2010) USAID Contracting and Agreement Officer. He has over twenty-five years of experience working directly with USAID in Washington, D.C. and USAID Missions overseas. 

 

In addition to overseas assignments as a Contracting/Agreement Officer, Mr. Bell has served as USAID Mission Director, Deputy Mission Director and Deputy Director for Operations of USAID’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA).

 

Mr. Bell has been providing acquisition and assistance consulting services since 2010. He also serves as a Subject Matter Expert for USAID’s acquisition and assistance training courses for USAID employees.

Pablo Carvajal

Vice President

Pablo Carvajal has fifteen years of experience in project design and implementation of education, communication, and research strategies to strength social participation and conflict transformation. He has administered projects in rural and urban areas promoting social inclusion for women, youth, African Americans, and immigrants and served as a lead trainer with social groups at the local and national level and with nonprofit and governmental organizations at the international level.

Mr. Carvajal has managed projects regarding restorative justice, alternative methods for conflict resolution, human rights, gender violence, environmental conservation, and HIV prevention.
